Yael Eshel currently serves as VP Business Development – Healthcare and Head of the Acceleration Program at Carmel Ltd, where she leads commercialization and growth initiatives for life sciences and digital health innovations emerging from University of Haifa. With more than 25 years of experience in innovation, strategic partnerships, and venture creation, she has played a key role in establishing and scaling spin-off companies, building international collaborations, and securing government and industry funding.
