Mr. Hussam Bishara, CPA, has served as Chairman of Carmel Ltd. since 2021.
He previously held key leadership positions in major governmental infrastructure companies, including Chairman of the Board at TransIsrael Ltd. (Hotze Israel), a state-owned company responsible for nationwide transportation projects.
Mr. Bishara also served as Chairman of the Board of Israel Railways Ltd.
In addition to his public sector roles, he is a Managing Partner at the Haifa office of RSM, an international accounting and consulting firm serving both private and public clients.
He holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a frequent lecturer on auditing and accounting in professional forums.
