Dr. Rina B. Pikkel is the Innovation Authority Programs Director at Carmel and Head of Research, Consulting & Development at the University of Haifa Research Authority. She leads institutional grant strategy, scientific consulting, and academic writing support for major research initiatives, drawing on extensive experience in research, management and prior legal practice. Dr. Pikkel holds a Ph.D. in Law and disability rights from the University of Haifa, parallel to her administrative career she teaches in the Faculty of Law and publishes in leading peer-reviewed journals.
