Dr. Igal Ilouz serves as the CEO of Carmel Ltd. Since October 2023.
Prior to joining Carmel, Dr. Ilouz served as VP Business Development at Yeda Research and Development Ltd., the commercial company of the Weizmann Institute of Science. He has a successful track record in commercializing innovative early-stage technologies. Dr. Ilouz brings with him an extensive managerial experience in a wide variety of companies and a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship and fundraising. He holds a Ph.D. in physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
