Mr. Hussam Bishara (CPA) serves as chairman of Carmel Ltd. since Jan 2023.
Mr. Bishara served as chairman of TransIsrael Ltd, (Hotze Israel) board of directors. The governmental company is responsible for implementing transportation projects nationwide, such as roads and tracks, including the light rail project from Haifa to Nazareth, in addition to other budget-funded projects, some in collaboration with the private sector (PPP).
Mr. Bishara served as chairman of the board of directors of Israel Railways Ltd. He is a managing partner of Haifa branch at RSM accountancy firm, which provides services to both the private sector and the public sector.
Mr. Bishara, holds a BA in Accounting and a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mr. Bishara lectures on auditing and accounting in professional forums.

Prof. Robin was a faculty member at the University of Haifa for over twenty years, during which he held several official positions, including dean of students.
In 2006, Prof. Robin joined NYU where, amongst other things, he served as senior vice provost and was responsible for establishing two NYU international campuses - in Abu Dhabi and Shanghai.
Prof. Ron Robin is an expert in American History, with a PhD in American History from the University of California at Berkley.
Mr. Sharon Zaid, VP and CEO of the University of Haifa, has previously served in key positions in large scale Israeli companies including serving as CEO of the Baran Group where he initiated a strategic growth plan to increase the Group’s international operations.
He also served as VP of Shared Services at Bazan Group, and, as Corporate Services Director at Intel Corporation where he managed operation services and construction activities for Europe, Africa, Russia and the Middle East.
Mr. Zaid has served as an involved member of public standing of the University of Haifa’s Executive Committee, a role that provided him an in-depth knowledge of all the University’s strategic plans and processes, mainly, the University’s commitment to environmental and social sustainability for the benefit of Israeli society and mankind.

Prof. Mouna Maroun is a Neurobiologist, with a PhD in Psychobiology from the University of Haifa and a postdoc in Paris XI Orsay France.
She has been a faculty member at the University of Haifa for over 20 years. She has held several official positions within and outside the university, including the chair of the Neurobiology Department, a member of the National Budgeting and Planning Committee (CHE) of the Council for Higher Education.
Dan Vilenski is former chairman of Applied Materials Israel.
He is active as a volunteer for numerous educational and industrial activities, including the interactive Museum of Science in Haifa and several entrepreneurship programs for young students.
He is chairman of the board of the United States-Israel Educational Foundation, the bi-national commission responsible for Israel’s participation in the Fulbright Program.
Mr. Vilenski serves on the Board of Governors of the Technion and is a member of the Board of the Israeli National Nanotechnology Initiative.
Prof. Ilan Meshoulam is a professor in the Graduate School of Management at the University of Haifa (since 1999), where he also served for four years as head of the school.
He was previously a member of faculty and manager of the Graduate School of Business in the Technion's Industrial Engineering and Management Faculty.
He is a member of the Israeli Industrial Relations Research Association, the World Future Society and the Academy of Management.
Prof. Meshoulam is president of the Israeli Human Resources Management Society.
